Talaysay Tours is excited to share our Gibson's Landing - Sunshine Coast kayak tour. Talaysay is back providing Indigenous kayak tours on the Sunshine Coast in Gibson’s Landing, BC. Join us for a 3.5-4 hr hour paddle in the Gibson’s Harbour. This is the homeland of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh peoples and the harbour is our villeage of Ch’ḵw’elhp. On this paddle tour, a Talaysay Guide accompanies you on the tour, sharing our culture, history and stories. Safety orientation and paddle techniques are shared in advance. Options to visit a beach are possible.
Through the generosity of Alpha Adventures we rent their kayaks and safety equipment. Talaysay much appreciates our neighbouring company and share in advance the importance of being mindful of their equipment.
