Meeting Location

Our guide will meet you at the Sea to Sky Paddle Sports Hut Rental facility. This is located right in Alice Lake Provincial Park. The larger building behind this little hut is the public washrooms. Your Talaysay Tours guide will be standing there 15 minutes prior to the tour start.

Tour description: Each plant, each tree has its own special story. Explore Alice Lake’s family Park with a local Indigenoous guide and cultural ambassador. Along the way, your guide will point out local plants that were harvested by Skwxu7mesh Uxwumixw First Nations people for food, technology and medicine. Options for all fitness levels.

What to wear/bring: good walking shoes, an umbrella, and wear layers with the changing seasons   Who we are:  Talaysay Tours, owned by Candace and Larry Campo, Shíshálh (Sechelt) and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) First Nation, offer you an enriched cultural outdoor experience.
